Miss Carla, over at Harrahs Hangout received her gift from me so I thought I would post pics of it here. Sadly the mail was too much for my LG and the hinges came unglued. I hope she is able to repair them without too much difficulty. I couldn't get brads through, as the coasters were too thick, so I resorted to gluing them.
I got the coasters on clearance from Michaels. The paper is CTMH's Life Delights. I used the Nestabilities butterfly die through my Cuttlebug with a little bling. The hinges are CTMH silver ones.
I hope you are having a wonderful Saturday....we are supposed to get a blizzard here tomorrow..yikes!
Enjoy!

Sarah, those are beautiful. Do you have a crop-a-dile or big bite? Either one of those will punch through coasters like soft butter. I made some last year and put them together but put the backs on before I put the hinges on so the backs were useless. I hope someone can learn from my mistake.
Leslie
Oh this is lovely! I love me some butterflies! You did a great job. I agree with Leslie, a crop-o-dile should be on your wish list if you don't already own one. Cuts through like buttah! *Ü*
Thanks for your oh so sweet comments about my bunnies! And I really hope you don't get a blizzard!!!
Thanks guys...I will now have to obtain one of these...sigh.
I should have thought about that. I hope Carla has been able to fix hers..If not I will have to make her another, I feel so bad it broke.
Like I said yesterday, I love those butterflies (as does Hannah)!! If you would like, you can borrow my crop-a-dile for a bit to see if you like it!
Sarah,
I stil love my little frame even though it got a little beating. I pick it up and it comes apart, but that doesn't stop me from trying to fix it. Sorry I haven't got it on my blog yet, but I just want to get Kas's pictures on it before I do. Maybe if I get some free time today I'll get that done. I'm glad all these wonderful girl said to use a crop-a-dile, because I can take it to my friend at church and she can fix it for me.
Thanks again for the frame. I don't know if I can make anything for you that is that pretty. Talk to you soon.
Your Bloggin friend,
Carla
