Card for 365 Cards:Day 36 Super Sketchy Sunday

Here is the Sketch from 365 Cards

and here is my take....

For this card I used a Hero Arts SS, CTMH colonial white CS, Juniper CS, DCWV spring stack papers, CTMH ribbon and CTMH buttons. I cut the ovals with my Cricut. The yellow staples are CTMH.
The funny thing about this one is, I left the card on the table and went upstairs to do eldest daughter comes along and sees the card and thinks I haven't finished the card and looks around for scissors to "cut off the bit of ribbon you left hanging off the end Mom!". Fortunately I catch her in time LOL.

This is the first time I have done a card for this challenge and I have to say it was so much FUN. I was busy girl...I crafted all day! It snowed like crazy and the kids were content to mess around the house all day. SOOOO I got 4 challenges done.

I did my first ever CPS (#110) sketch, my first ever CardPatterns (#9) sketch, my first ever Super Sketchy Sunday, and ta dah!!! even got a LO done for the Creative Scrappers Sketch #46. I am SO pleased and will be posting these over the next few days along with my 'first 5 to comment post goodies!'

Nellie over at This Little Blog of Mine was good enough to send me pics of the goodie prize I sent her (and forgot to take pics of) now I can post them. She also came in the top 20 over at the Kwerner design blog color challenge ... for this card.WTG Nellie!!! woohooo.

Thanks so much for the they are.

I hope you are having a wonderful Sunday!

Whoa Nelly! You've been busy! Love your card. It's very happy! Too funny that your daughter wanted to cut off the ribbon. Congrats on getting all those challenges done. I always think about it, then never do one. LOL

The cards you made are beautiful. I'm glad you got to share them. I love the look of white embossing on vellum!

How cute is your 365 Sketch card - I just love the way you used the button as one of the strips - I will have to remember that.
