Mojo111Sketch

Well hello all and happy Wednesday to you. I have had SO little time to be creative lately, but I did manage a little time in my spot today. I decided to do a Mojo card as I really loved the sketch. I also went against my ‘blue’ streak lately and went ‘green’.  I treated myself to some TGF stamps and papers the other day and I just LOVE this one. With a 13 yr old daughter these Miss Anya’s really are a ‘have to own’ set. I think I may give this one to her for Christmas. Oh, and the gray in the card really is glittery IRL.

Supplies: White Daisy CS CTMH, DP The Greeting Farm, CTMH December Word Puzzle CTMH, Miss Anya Rain, Snow, Shine SS TGF, Topiary Ink CTMH, Steep and Deep SS CTMH, Clear Sparkles (colored with Copics) CTMH, Martha Stewart Snowflake Punch , Copic Markers,Sakura Stardust glitter pen, Spellbinders Impressibilities, 3M Foam Tape

And here is a little card I played around with while hanging out with my bestest friend …

This is SO simple and is just stamps and CS. I was originally inspired by Hayley’s beautiful card HERE and ended up with this. You know me…loving the simple :-)

Supplies: White Daisy CS CTMH, Treasure Life SS CTMH, Serendipity SS CTMH, Hydrangea, all inks CTMH.

I hope  everyone is having a great week and you are all staying safe and well. We are doing well here and I have to say a MAJOR advantage of home schooling has to be the LACK OF GERMS.  I just have to share another picture before I go..these are my African Violets…and they  keep flowering and flowering….but what I love most about them is their sparkle…sooo pretty.

Have a wonderful night…

Enjoy!

WOW!! Both of your cards are so pretty! The first one with all that green is just gorgeous...the snowflakes and your coloring are perfect! And I love the clean, crisp look of the second card.

And I agree about the lack of germs and homeschooling. My girls were their healthiest when we homeschooled.

Your African Violet is lovely! I had a friend who grew the most beautiful AV's I have ever seen. Very like the one you've pictured here. It's all sugared and sparkley...perfect for a girl who loves bling!

Thanks for sharing all of your goodies! It's fun visiting your blog....oh! and you and I have similar tastes in reading materials as well. ;-)

hugs,
Barb

I just adore that green Anya card, so beautiful Sarah!!! I may need to get some green out and create today. I don't even know the last time I made a card with stamps only, your is gorgeous!

Yay for no germs....I'm degerming the house today and hope to get back to school tomorrow (knowing I have the weekend to rest if needed!).

Sarah the Amazing, You just keep getting better and better all the time...these are fantabulous :-)

Keep up with the homeschooling...we put our 17 year old in public school this year and have some regrets - not physical issues though better health is definitely a plus when homeschooling - but spiritual (you can read about it on my wonderful life blog)
As far as card sales...I have done two open houses. This last one, was with a "ministry" goal in mind - I let people know that the money was being used for the Exchanged Life Ministries program that Scott and I are doing.I continue to post on FB and have people contact me. I have sold $1k worth of cards since April :-)

Going green suits you! Not only do you have a green thumb (something I am sorely lacking since everything I plant, the earth reclaims) but you have an artistic knack with the color as well. I am green with envy. LOL!

So glad you are all staying healthy.

Love your cards, Sarah! The green holiday card is so fun, and the "just stamps and paper" card, so well executed and right up my alley, too!

As for the African violets, gorgeous! Aside from their beautiful blossoms, I love their soft, velvety leaves.

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! Love your cards! The green one is so striking. And your "simple" one is absolutely perfect in its execution.

And those violets, WOW, when I had some they never looked as pretty and sparkly as yours do. Beautiful!

Both cards are great! I love the green color and the stamp is so cute. I love the simplicity of the second card.

The picture of the flowers is pretty. Purple is my favorite color.

Thanks for stopping by and checking out my card:)

Great card!! Really like how you stamped all the circles, and the colors that you chose. The card is so 'simple' yet so striking. May have to "stamp lift" and create one of my own. :)

Those flowers are gorgeous and I love your card!!!!

I too have been thanking my lucky stars for the added benefit of homeschooling...we've been very lucky and haven't gotten sick like most everyone around our town. My hubby and son have had colds but hey, that's a lot better than the flu so I'm not complaining! Praying both our families can breeze through this flu season with no casualties!
