Use me LO

Yes our Tree is a’ build it’ one…. time consuming…but a holiday tradition!

This is a very quick post because I wanted to share this card and LO I made using the October SOTM from CTMH. The LO is a shameless lift from CTMH flyer on this stamp set…Holiday Warmth…except I used flip flaps to get more photos in…also I spilled water on my ‘E’s so I had to change my title LOL. The card is all mine…simple to the point of kindergarten ….I probably shouldn’t even post it but what the heck…the gift is pop dotted.

I am exhausted after my weekend and me feet are yelling at me..Hope you all enjoyed your weekend!

I am messing with my blog so consider it a work in progress LOL.

Enjoy!

These are some of my favorite things that I've seen created with this stamp set. The page is great, and I really like how you added the gift under the tree on the card.

Your layout and card are great! Love the traditional colors. While I think all the "new" colors are fun, it's always stuff made with the "old" red and green that grabs me. I guess I'm more about tradition than trends when it comes to Christmas.

Glad your work weekend is over. Hope your feet are happy again soon! Have a good week, friend!

Great use of that stamp set Sarah. How fun that you could use the flip flaps to get more photos in the layout. I've got to try that.

I'm glad you're home from work. Hopefully your feet will stop yelling at you.

Don't you just love the flip flaps? I think they are one of my favorite products. I love both your LO and card - I thnk sometimes the simpler cards (though it's definitely NOT kindergarten level) just really grab the attention.

LOL. I prefer fake trees myself... they are sooo much easier, you can put them up December 1st instead of waiting for the tree places to open. Plus they're cleaner and easier to take care of.

I love this layout

First of all there is nothing wrong with a fake tree. I should know...we have two. Second, kindergarten was waaaay fun, especially the coloring part. Third, when my feet scream at me I find a pedicure usually silences the din. Beautiful job!

P.S. I'm the one who thought you were funny.

Hi Sarah, we have one of those trees too! We have also had a real one the last two years, but most years it is just the build it one. :)

Love the flip flaps on your layout - I bought myself some but have yet to use them...

Cheers,
Shanna

Super layout, love how you added more photos.

I grew up in a house where we had a "real" tree each year and you can't beat the pine scent. However, these days the cost of said tree is way higher than I'm willing to fork over for a couple of weeks' worth of scent so we have a "fake" tree. I find spray scents that mimic the pine smell and call it good.

Hope by now your tired feet are full of pep!
