More Wishes Cards…and some flowers.

Ok so these are almost complete copies of some of the workshop cards in Wishes….the ‘almost’ refers to the fact I didn’t have the stamp set they used!  Ohhh and I was too lazy to sew so I paper pierced.

I used the Emporium PP , Friendship Wordpuzzle stamp set, Cocoa grosgrain ribbon, Tickled Pink Stamp set, some brads, and 1 bigger brad. Inks used were Sweet leaf, Cocoa, and  Dutch Blue. Everything was Close To My Heart.

The best bit about these cards was that I created all 3 in under 1 hour!

I Hope everyone is getting ready for a wonderful holiday weekend. I am working this weekend 12 hour shifts so I will prolly post again Monday or Tuesday night!

I will leave you with some yummy pics of the flowers I have in my backyard.

If you are looking for a Clematis I recommend this one…It is called Nelly Moser and it blooms late spring. This one is thriving in a hot location with really crappy soil.

These flowers are BIG…I would say  6-8 inches across.

One of my peony blooms finally opened.

Your cards are beautiful! I love your garden pictures too. I have the same clematis on my mailbox, and it is so pretty year after year. Your dew drop pictures are AMAZING. They almost don't look real. Thanks for sharing a bit of your world.

Oh boy...great cards and GREAT photos of your blooming plants. Love it! Sigh...

I want that Clematis! We have one (don't know the name) that has beautiful purple blooms. I might have to go looking around here to see if it's available. It's gorgeous. I'm partial to pansies myself and daisies (my mom's favorite flower). Heck, I love color, just not all the work. The one flower I like, but don't get, are petunias because I always get worms/caterpillars that eat the blooms and leaves...always.

Hopefully (and I know this is wishful thinking) your work will be a bit slow this weekend.

Amazing pictures. I can hardly believe my eyes with the dew so on the leaves. I really like your card set too, simply yet very appealing to the eyes. Thanks for visiting my blog and your kind comments.
