I just LOVE this stamp set so much! It has really crisp, clean, thin lines that lend themselves beautifully to coloring. Also you can mix and match the candle and pumpkin with a variety of tops and bases…just awesome.  I got this from I {heart} papers , it is Happy Harvest by Petal Press. Petal Press is Tracy Schulz’s new line of stamps. I have the Christmas one on my Wish list!!!! It is my birthday Friday so maybe I can get it then.

Supplies: Cardstock CTMH all colors, ribbon CTMH, colored pencils CTMH, odorless mineral spirits, Versafine black ink, Chocolate ink CTMH, Happy Harvest SS Petal Press.

I mentioned that it is my birthday Friday…it is also my eldest DD’s birthday…she was born on my 31st birthday and she will be 13 on Friday…yes do the math…I am OLD. It is now her birthday and not mine…not that I mind LOL.

I had to laugh to myself  when I read Alanna’s comment yesterday that she enjoyed looking in my drawers…in the UK drawers are another name for underwear. It just cracked me up.

On another note here is a little rosebud my Mom knitted me while she was here…I just LOVE it!

Love your cards, Sarah! I saw those new stamps, too, and love 'em but already had the Waltzingmouse stamps on the way...

Your birthday! I hope it is wonderful. And, by my standards, you're just a youngster! You share your birthday with your daughter, and I share my birthday with my niece born on my 31st birthday! She was the first granddaughter in my family. There were eight little grandsons, two of whom were her brothers, waiting to spoil her.

The rose your mother knit is so cute ... and lastly, while I hate to admit it, I looked in your drawers, too. LOL.

The good news is your still younger than me (good news for you that is) and as we can all see, you are never too old to color. Beautifully done! Another thing we can all tell is that craftiness runs in the family. Tell mum that she does lovely work. As for your drawers...you're on your own there sweetie.

Gorgeous cards Sarah. Love the stamps.

I hope you have a great birthday this week.

And as for my comment about your drawers, I'm sure red now. I obviously had no idea that drawers meant underwear. Oh well, good for a laugh, I suppose. What should I have called those drawers?

What a fun post! First, love those cards...the clean and simple line is so pretty. Great job coloring.

You are so NOT old, because if you are, that means I am too, and I don't feel old...well except for my knee which is bugging me...too much time on it spent cleaning I suppose). Happy Early Birthday! How fun that you share your birthday with your daughter. I do hope you get a little surprise, though.

LOL on the drawers comments and the UK meaning of the word.

And your mom is very talented! Tell her she is way better than I am at knitting!

Have a great day!

Sarah I love these cards AND the one from yesterday!! What a beautiful new ss! I really like the soft colors you used to color the image!

Also-thanks for all the pics of your scrap room. In our future office (which will of course be my scraproom mostly hehehe) I was just going to do counter tops, but after looking at your pics I am seriously considering doing cabinetry as well.

Oh and about your question...I am using the clear bags with the hanging tabs that are for A2 cards and the ones for 5x7 cards. I also got some clear boxes with hanging tabs. I'll try to post the links on my blog. I opted for the hangers because I didn't think it would be great for people to page through the cards. I be sure to let you know how things work out at the craft fair as to whether my decision was smart!

The Fall cards are so pretty! I love that ribbon on the first card that you posted. What does it call and where can I buy this ribbon?

By the way, Happy birthday!

Your cards turned out great Sarah - especially I like the first. What a cute little project your Mom made for you.

Happy Birthday! Funny how that happens - my youngest son was born on my husband's 30th Birthday!

Shanna
p.s. I too enjoyed your "drawers"!
