Well this one is completely different for me. I always see these sorts of cards and think..I could never do that. Well I decided to ‘have a go’. I think the title would be vintage? It was kind of fun. I especially like the key and heart lock which are actually made from paper. They are Spellbinders dies distressed with ink, perfect pearls, and a Krylon gold leafing pen……LOVE the effect. The stamp with the butterflies and clocks I just loved and I picked it up at Michaels for 30% off.  What do you think?…honest opinions..I am pleased with it..my DD’s both picked it up from a mess of cards I brought upstairs and said ohhhhh..so I am thinking it worked. But you know I need your input…or why else would I be posting right!

As to the embossing paste..when I get a spare minute I will do a post about both of them for those of you that have asked.

Any questions about this card or anything else…feel free to contact me. My email should be on my sidebar.

Enjoy!

Stunningly beautiful! It's worth all the effort you put into it. Your DDs are right- they know beauty when they see it. Isn't it great that we paper crafters can use our supplies to create so many diverse projects?

I think is an elegant card. Pretty and well worked!

Maybe you can explain to me the underworld behind those vintage scraps items that holds vintage photos too (personal photos)... I found so many of them at internet in scrap-blogs but -and perhaps it's a question of cultural difference- when I saw this kind of creations, all sort of chilling thought came to me...

Anyway, I prefer the 'vintage' in your way: vintage colors and 'old' images but still shiny!

Great, as always!

Hugs!

Ditto what everyone else said --It's gorgeous!! I think you rocked this stamp, love your take on vintage (the lace with the rhinestone hearts are my fave!), and you did a wonderful job with the dies (I have that set but have yet to open it up -D'oh!). Just beautiful!!
