Krista’s August Challenge…..

Over at Simply Creating, Krista challenged us to make a card/ layout using the card base ONLY and stamps….No embellies…No paper!!!! OK so that got my mind going…and I was off on an adventure!

I ordered the goodie box from CTMH the other day and received some stuff I don’t think I will EVER USE…ah ha, I thought, I can use these Level 1 CTMH base pages as cards :-) So here are my first attempts at Krista’s Challenge

SO I challenge you ALL you make a card or Layout that meets Krista’s challenge. Base card/page only and stamps. It was a TON of fun! If you do make a card let me know and go post a link on Krista’s site!!!

I hope you are all having a WONDERFUL Thursday!

Enjoy!

All of them are stunning! You know that's what I love about challenges, it really forces me to go way outside my zone sometimes. I think these are a perfect example of 'less is more'!
LOVE them...

Krista is my niece and I want to have a go at her challenge as well. I have an idea for a card, but am waiting for her to post her example before I make my card.

You make everything look so easy. I have base pages and I wouldn't even know where to begin to cut to make them look as nice as yours. I love your stamp choices. Great job as usual!

Wow Sarah you've been a busy girl! It would take me days to come up with such awesome work! I love the simplicity of some of your cards. Sometimes I think that I need to overload them with this and that in order for them to look beautiful - thank you for reminding me that sometimes less is more! Awesome work!

These cards turned out absolutely amazing Sarah! Perfect to actually mail with a single stamp too. :-)
I'm loving the craft cards especially, I may need to try my hand at that!

There is something so elegant in simplicity. We use tons of papers, buttons, brads, and flowers, when sometimes all we really need is a stamp and ink. These are gorgeous!!
