This was one of the cards I sent my DD at camp! SO easy with the help of the Storybook Cricut cartridge and an EK punch. The owl and branch are kraft and Cocoa CS cut with the Cricut. The flowers are punched with Sunny Yellow CS, with a little stickle action. The sentiment is from CTMH.
I don’t have a big post tonight…My DD came home yesterday and had a BLAST at camp. I can’t tell you how relieved I am. I missed her a lot and was pretty stressed. Ya know how stress affects your mojo. She said she loved all her little hand made cards from Mom and that all the girls would grab the cards off of her to look at them :0)
Tomorrow I have to take my DS to the dermatologists office to have a large mole removed under local. Again I am pretty stressed as to how he will be with the lidocaine shots. So forgive me for the Simple post and card! Have a wonderful Sunday evening everyone.
Enjoy!

LOVE this card! Checked out that Storybook cartridge, too, so know that you're doing your part as an enabler. LOL.
I'm glad to hear your daughter had fun. I know, too, exactly how you felt and how you're feeling about your son tomorrow. I'll have to tell you all the worrying doesn't stop when they grow up either. Instead, they bring more people into the mix to worry about. Funny thing is though, I wouldn't have it any other way.
Take care, friend, and tell us all about it tomorrow!
Precious card! The simplicity is just perfect:) I really think the simple cards make the biggest statement.
I hope everything goes well for everyone tomorrow. I will be thinking about you and your son.
This card is a "Hoot"! I love the simplicity behind it. Simple cards can speak louder than intricate ones sometimes. This one speaks love!
I'm happy that your loving little daughter enjoyed herself. Your family will be in my prayers tomorrow.
Blessings,
Kim xXx

Your card is adorable. It is so hard to not worry about your kids. Glad your daughter made it home safely. When my daughter was 8 she had a large birthmark removed and she was fine. I'm glad that it is gone because now I don't have to worry about it anymore. Hang in there and turn it over to God.
Good luck tomorrow, that sounds scary! Super cool card...I don't have a cricut, but I am contemplating requesting one for Christmas....hmmmm...I like what you have done....
Sometimes the cutest cards are the simplest to make! Yours is precious, I love that owl! I'm sure your DD was the envy of all the girls at camp with all her handmade cards! Hope things go well tomorrow with your DS. Thank you for visiting my blog today & for your kind comment!
How sweet are you to send homemade cards to your daughter:-) Hope it all goes well tomorrow!!
Really great card! I really should do more with my cricut.
Love it! Simple is good! And in this case, very, very good. You are making me wish I owned that Storybook cart. Maybe for my birthday? hmmmmm
So happy and relieved to hear your daughter made it home safely and that she had a wonderful time. I'll just bet she was the hit of the camp with all your pretty cards to show off.
Good luck with your son's procedure. You will be in my thoughts. I sure hope your stress-o-meter gets a break after this!
Great card Sarah. I love that owl. I'm glad your daughter is back and that she had a good time.
Good luck with the app't. tomorrow. I'm sure your son will do just fine. Have a great Monday.
Oh I just LOVE this card, Sarah! I must get that cartridge, too. Hope all goes well at the DR. today :~)
Love this, and I too love the Storybook cartridge!
I love this card. Aren't owls just so darn cute???
Glad your daughter had fun at camp. When my daughter went to camp last year for two weeks she was 8! yikes. We couldn't send mail but they had an email thing so I emailed her everyday :)
