Smile….it’s nearly spring!!!! Does this remind you of the feel of the warm spring sun on your face and the beuatiful flowers that it coaxes out of the earth?…Well that was my inspiration with this card. The sun is shining, the temps climbed above freezing and I finally see some patches of grass under the several feet of snow that have blanketed Iowa since December.  For this card I used some kraft CS, some K & CO DP, PTI stamp set, K & CO  flower embellies, CTMH CS, Ink, buttons, waxy flax and ribbon.

Thanks again for all the encouraging words, thoughts and prayers sent my way…although I am not back to normal I think I see the light at the end of the tunnel. I still have very little energy and am  not right..but my cough seems to be lessening.  I am SO ready for spring and fresh air :0)

Hope you all have a marvelous Thursday…yay tomorrow is FRIDAY!

Enjoy!

I'm so glad to hear you are feeling a bit better, Sarah!

Your weather must have mirrored ours today, because we were certainly on the same wavelength when we made our cards! Yours is beautiful! I love those cute little flowers and the fun, "fresh" colors!

I hope tomorrow finds you feeling even better!

Thanks for the sunshine! Love how you actually sewed the buttons on - I get so lazy and just use glue dots!
Glad to hear you are improving - keep that chicken soup coming! Cheers,

Even though you aren't feeling your best, Sarah, it sure isn't reflected in your cards! Wow! This is so pretty. Like the breath of fresh air you are longing for. Love all the details.

I'm glad that spring is inching its way toward your neck of the woods. I'm sure it will help improve your outlook!

Keep resting up so you can kick your illness out for good!

Hugs!

Beautiful card, Sarah! Yellow is my favorite color (my scraproom is painted bright yellow) as it sure helps to cheer a person when they're feeling down. Perfect color for you to work with since you've been feeling poopie! Oh, can I say that word here? LOL
